Canceled bike orders, items refused at delivery, and unopened bike shipments are subject to a re-stocking fee. Both initial and return shipping costs are non-refundable and are deducted from the total refunded amount. Proof of unopened items will need to be verified with photos and submitted to email@example.com. A label will be provided when the return is approved. A refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
We accept returns on accessories if the item is unopened and unused. All returns must be approved.
